Confirming E-mail Address

It says my profile is not complete until I confirm my e-mail address. It says "please check your inbox for the confirmation email they you received when you signed up. Just click the confirmation link." Wellll... I did that and all it does it take me back to my profile which tells me my profile is pending e-mail confirmation. It's a never ending circle. There is no help section that I can see on fotoshoot... soooo, anyone have any idea of what I need to do? |

Hi everybody. Yes we had a problem with confirming email addresses for people who imported their profile from MM. By now our technicians solved the problem, and new members are joining the site these days are required to confirm their email address. |

I am having the exact same problem. Plus mail sent to any of the help sections is returned as undeliverable. Hmmm! |
