fotoshoot - friendly models and photographers community

I am a freelance photojournalist for the local paper (www.nwitimes.com) who is trying to go into model photography. I am extremely new to this type of photography and I am willing to work hard to learn. Posing does not come naturally to me, but this is one of my goals. I am listed as a Professional Photographer for Photojournalism. Fashion, Model, and People, I will say I am a amateur. Therefore I guess combining the two, I would be semi professional.
